The seeds of our firm are rooted in the foundations of integrity, community and growth. mlok consulting, inc. was started by Melanie Lok – an Asian American woman who understands the difficulties and challenges women and minorities face in the fields of architecture engineering and construction. At mlok consulting we believe in helping young women and minorities establish solid personal careers and develop sound social consciousness. We strive to cultivate a strong and dynamic working relationship with our staff and our clients, fostering the necessary marketable skills for our young engineers. It is our vision to transform the face of business and help create opportunities and provide resources to young people to ensure that the future relationships between businesses and communities are strengthened, and that all are able to reap the full benefits of diversity and innovation.
