Melanie Lok – President & CEO
Melaniehas twelve years experience in project control systems for aviation and infrastructure projects. Her experiences includes the design and operation of enterprise project control systems, the design and operation of web-based control systems, automated scheduling, cost estimating, document controls, coding and the design and operation of 3D mapping/GIS technologies.

Joan Stephan – SVP
Joanis an attorney with over 20 years of professional experience, with 8 years related to contract administration, contract management and claims analysis for large rail, infrastructure, water and school construction projects. Her responsibilities have included drafting and negotiating contract language, overseeing contractors, analyzing, pricing and resolving change order requests and claims, and advising senior management on contractual and risk issues.
